As museums begin to reopen, this marketing webinar will explore how cultural and heritage attractions from small to large are approaching marketing in the post lockdown environment. We will be looking at the practicalities of getting the right communication out to your audience, using the right media and how to engage local audiences in the most cost effective way. Whether you have already reopened or are still in the early stages this webinar will be for you. The session will consist of a panel format, but there will be a chance to ask questions on the day. The speakers include:
Ella Lewis-Collins is Senior Marketing Manager at the British Museum previously at the Imperial War Museum and at Jerwood Gallery, Hastings. Looking at campaigns and planning marketing.
Helen Young of the British Library, prior roles at numerous London theatres. Helen will be talking about the mechanics of marketing a reopening including getting your comms right.
Esther Lie Freelance Education Facilitator (and currently on furlough from Science Gallery London)
Stephanie Maxwell is Marketing Manager, CRM at Tate. Prior to Tate, Stephanie was the Social Media and Email Manager at the British Museum and Marketing Officer for Sydney Living Museums.
