Funding for Cultural Heritage projects: Sharing & Advice afternoon

Funding for Cultural Heritage projects: Sharing & Advice afternoon
Wed 11 July, 1pm – 5pm
Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury, CT1 2AS

Are you interested in developing a project that explores cultural heritage, but unsure where to begin? Are you after advice on developing project ideas and applying for funding?

Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) is working with the Kent Diversity Arts Network and ShivaNova / Equator Festival to run a sharing event on HLF-funded cultural heritage projects from across the South East of England. The afternoon will include talks from ShivaNova, Brighton Royal Pavilion and Museum, The Panjabi Centre and Diversity House as well as an opportunity for discussion, and a presentation on how to apply for HLF funding.

The event will enable attendees to:

• Hear about the breadth of activity across the South East of England;
• Get hints and tips from experts with experience delivering cultural heritage projects;
• Learn about how to find a strong focus for your heritage project and apply for HLF funding.

The event is free to attend but places are limited so please register! More details and booking can be found on Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/funding-for-cultural-heritage-projects-sharing-and-advice-afternoon-registration-46569214775
