Resources from training on Business Planning in a Crisis – 12 June 2020

Having reacted swiftly to Covid 19 museums are now starting to regroup and consider the new, and possibly different, future. This session looked at what this means for business/forward planning; and how to remain agile and responsive to ensure the museum’s future sustainability.

Participants were supported to take stock of their current situation, review the museum’s organisational priorities, finances and operations and to develop a plan of action. The session included top tips and identification of resources available to help museums with business planning and continuity.

Heather Lomas , a heritage consultant with specialisms in governance, organisational health and business planning, facilitated this zoom based session for museums in the south east.
