Business Planning in a CrisisEvent Date:12 June 2020 2:00 pm — 12 June 2020 3:30pm
A training session via Zoom
Having reacted swiftly to Covid 19 museums are now starting to regroup and consider the new, and possibly different, future. What does this mean for your business/forward planning? How can you ensure that it remains agile and responsive and ensures the museum’s future sustainability?
Join us for a quick fire 90 mins focusing on ensuring your forward/business planning is responsive and relevant in the current crisis.
Heather Lomas will facilitate this online session, enabling discussion of key issues between museums, suggesting practical ways to ensure continued sustainability and providing an opportunity to share your issues and concerns.
Participants will be supported to take stock of their current situation, review the museum’s organisational priorities, finances and operations and develop a plan of action. We will discuss issues and top tips and identify resources available to help museums with business planning and continuity.
