Working with the pool of consultants, AIM are offering an online support service for museums. Support will cover:

• Finance: Cashflow
• Leadership: Governance issues; Board renewal and recruitment; Resilient leadership
• People: HR advice and support
• Planning: Business planning, interruption and continuity; Communications; Income generation/trading activities; Fundraising/relationships/stewardsh
