This is the first in a new series of coffee chats that are focused on Museum Leaders in the South East.

Whether you are the director of a large service or the leader of a small volunteer run museum, the challenges of leadership are unique and varied.

For our next series of Coffee Chats we will be inviting Leaders to talk about the issues they are facing. In this first session will be chatting about approaches to ‘managing upwards’.
