Managing People Through Uncertain TimesEvent Date:28 August 2020 2:00 pm — 28 August 2020 3:00pm
Whilst lockdown may be easing and the cultural sector is gradually re-opening, most museums know that the tricky times aren’t over.
With unpredictable visitor numbers, income and the possibility of a ‘second wave’, it can be difficult to know the best way to manage and support employees during uncertain times.
This free practical webinar, ideal for trustees, directors and museum leads at larger and staffed museums, will help you to consider how to create the right staffing structure for your museum over the coming months.
Topics for discussion include forecasting how staffing will be affected by changes to your operating model, and guidance on difficult decisions such as applying for funding to cover staff salaries or managing redundancies.
