About the facilitator

Alex Lindley is the director of Alchemy, an HR and Organisational Development consultancy, working primarily with the heritage, cultural and Not-for-Profit sectors. A chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she has worked in Human Resource Management for over 15 years and is an experienced trainer and facilitator. In her consultancy work, she has extensive experience of working with museums to develop HR and volunteering strategies, improve staff and volunteer management practices and increase staff and volunteer engagement and motivation.
