Creative Case for Diversity: Case Study Form

South East Museum Development is looking for museums to share their experiences of how they have become more responsive, connected, diverse and representative of their communities. We know great work is happening across the region to reach new audiences and to diversify the workforce, and we want to help promote this work to encourage more creative approaches to diversity and inclusion. Thank you for sharing your work through this Case Study.

The Arts Council England (ACE) Creative Case for Diversity is a way of exploring how arts and cultural organisations can enrich the work they do by embracing a wide range of influences and practice. The Creative Case helps cultural organisations enrich their work, and address other challenges and opportunities in audience development public engagement, workforce and leadership and collections development.
