Hampshire Cultural Trust is currently recruiting for a Casual Visitor Services Assistant to provide a welcoming and informative experience for our visitors at Rockbourne Roman Villa, Rockbourne, Fordingbridge.
The role will include supporting the Visitor Services Assistant and Community Manager in the operation of the venue, which include a gift shop, ticketed admission, and programme of events. This role will include working weekends when required, and ensuring there is suitable cover and support for the venue team.
The successful candidate will be a good team-player, with a proven record of outstanding customer service and experience of taking on the role of duty manager for a small scale venue.
