We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager with significant experience of successfully managing and empowering busy teams to meet challenging targets. Passionate about ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, you will have a pro-active attitude and a commercial mind-set.

 

With an eye for detail you will ensure that all our visitors receive the highest standards of customer service. You will have experience of leading retail, catering, events and front of house teams to increase commercial revenues and improve customer experience.
