We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person to join the delivery team at The Willis Museum & Sainsbury Gallery. This venue offers a gallery with a seasonal programme of nationally important exhibitions, alongside a local history museum and our popular Café Willis. We need a customer focused team member to play their part in delivering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every one of our visitors.

Day to day the Museum Assistant will be welcoming visitors to the venue, assisting with data collection to admissions and customer satisfaction, providing service in the café and shop and some administrative functions. There are also the opportunity for this role to get creative and support the planning and delivery of activities for visitors such as family craft sessions, tours and workshops.

The successful applicant will have a can do approach, a positive outlook and will enjoy working in a customer facing environment.
