Location:The Lightbox, Woking Salary:£17,000 - £19,000 per annum dependent on experience Main duties:Role Overview
Support Marketing and communications campaigns, online and offline to reach targets and objectives under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and assist the marketing team with a range of tasks including; graphic design, copywriting for digital channels and local press, audience research, social media, photography, and administration.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop an organisation-wide project management system for marketing and communications (such as Trello) and liaise with marketing and other departments to ensure it is maintained. Contribute to the rollout of the marketing and communications strategies to improve awareness of The Lightbox brand and programme. Assistance with audience research projects will also be required, which will include conducting face-to-face surveys with potential audiences and visitors (post-Covid-19) and collating data for reports.
Assist with day-to-day administration in the marketing department and occasionally support the Marketing and Communications Officer with campaigns and projects. The role is subject to a 3-month probationary period.

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours (5 days) per week but some flexibility in hours will be required with occasional evening and weekend work for which time is given off in lieu. Nine-month fixed term contract.

We welcome candidates with an eye for design and photography and enthusiasm for using digital channels and apps (this experience can be gained through personal use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok).
