Location:The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire Salary:£12,770 for 22.5 hours a week (£21k FTE) Benefits:You’ll get 28 days holiday per year (pro rata based on contracted hours), plus UK public holidays (pro rata). As Marketing & Design Officer you’ll help the Marketing & Design Manager with all aspects of the Museum’s marketing strategy, from handing press enquiries to updating social channels. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with more creative projects such as print design, content creation and creative copy writing.

The Roald Dahl Museum is looking for a creative and enthusiastic new member of staff to join their marketing team. As Marketing & Design Officer you’ll be an integral part of a small and busy team working to raise awareness of the Museum.

The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre (RDMSC) welcomes thousands of people through its doors every year to experience the wonder and magic of Roald Dahl’s stories. This role will suit someone hoping to gain valuable experience of marketing within the arts and heritage sector. You’ll have a keen interest in marketing and design, but most importantly you’ll be enthusiastic, keen to learn and full of ideas. You’ll be a great communicator, with solid organisational and time management skills.

The Marketing & Design Officer is a new role created to work within the marketing team to help the Museum achieve its visitor and income targets. The right candidate will be given full support and training, with many opportunities for ongoing professional development.
