Job Opportunity: Assistant Programme Manager (South East Museum Development)

This role is responsible for capturing, collating and analysing financial and performance data to demonstrate the impact of the programme, and using this data for quarterly reporting to Arts Council England. The role is also responsible for financial monitoring of the programme, and financial management of the grants programme. The post holder also supports the Programme Manager, and contributes to the central management function of the programme. You will be a point of contact for museums across the South East region for general programme enquiries, and for the team of Museum Development Officers. You will also work with the Programme Manager to support work with other national and regional sector bodies.

To excel in this role, you will be someone who can build effective and positive relationships, be personally resilient and able to meet change positively, while continually looking to opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. You will need to have an eye for detail, and be confident with data analysis and financial management. You also need to be someone who positively collaborates with others, but who can equally manage your own time and be able to work independently to ensure timely delivery.

nHours: 30 hours per week, 0.8 FTE
