We’re looking for an experienced consultant to help us develop our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programme for 2021-23.
SEMDP receives Arts Council-funding to deliver development opportunities to over 260 museums in the South East of England. We deliver this through training, small grant schemes, collaborative projects and professional advice. We aim to help museums (and their workforce) to build skills, be resilient, ambitious and sustainable.
- Assist SEMDP team to update our Equality Action Plans, recruit EDI representatives for our Advisory Panel, and update our web resources
- Research and development an EDI programme proposal for 2021/22 and 2022/23 that weaves through all strands of our delivery (training, grants, projects, advice).
