As the Bookings Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for visitors enquiring about one of our many activities. In this role, you will liaise with an array of different stakeholders including school teachers, group organisers, parents and carers as well as general visitors, staff, volunteers and Brooklands Trust Members. This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of daily operations for the Learning and Participation Department. You will engage with every visitor, offering them help and advice on planning their visit and will help welcome them to site when necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment ensuring that information requests are logged and dealt with as soon as practical and in a professional, friendly manner.

You will be part of the Learning & Participation Team who are responsible for welcoming over 15,000 school children to Brooklands Museum each year. They also develop and deliver workshops, talks and events to community and adult groups such as a club for under 5s, a reminiscence café, a writing workshop and much more.

Hours Part-time 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm (these times can be flexible to accommodate the right candidate)
