Working Internationally Regional Project: regional workshops announced
ICOM UK in partnership with the British Council, the National Museum Directors' Council, the Association of Independent Museums and Heritage Without Borders is pleased to announce the locations and dates for the Working Internationally Regional Project workshops taking place in each ACE area of England.
Wednesday 24 September 2014 - Leeds City Museum
Tuesday 21 October 2014 - Imperial War Museum, London
Monday 10 November 2014 - Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery
Tuesday 25 November 2014 - The Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge
Thursday 29 January 2015 - Royal Albert Memorial Museum, Exeter
The Working Internationally Regional Project would like to thank all of the host museums for their support.
This one-day workshop is for regional and local museums and galleries who are in the beginning stages of international work or interested in finding out more about it. The aim of the workshop is to enhance the confidence and skills of delegates to develop international work and provide information and practical advice on how to do so.
The fee for this one-day workshop is £35 with a discounted fee of £25 for museums and galleries with less than 20,000 visitors p.a.
The fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, and a delegate pack.
