Reminiscence Evaluation Toolkit

Since April 2012, Oxford ASPIRE has worked with Banbury Museum as a Delivery Partner on ‘Extending the Reach’, a three year project to expand their existing reminiscence programme across Cherwell District and South Northamptonshire. The project also looks are developing resources to allow local reminiscence groups to become self-sustaining in the future.

As part of their work Banbury has produced a Reminiscence Evaluation Toolkit, sharing lessons they have learned from evaluating their work. The toolkit is now available on the Resources page of the ASPIRE website.

The toolkit includes a variety of sample questionnaires for Reminiscence group participants, volunteers and facilitators, as well as care home workers and the families of participants to help gain a deep understanding of the impact reminiscence can have on the lives of participants.
