Job Opportunity: Visitor Experience Manager, Brooklands Museum, Surrey

Brooklands Museum are seeking an experienced and inspirational Visitor Experience Manager. This is an extremely important new role, championing exceptional visitor experience across the Museum working closely with all Museum teams. The role will lead their front of house staff and volunteer steward teams, to consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service to all visitors and provide a truly memorable experience.

They are looking for someone to provide strong, and focused leadership to a diverse team and to ensure their visitors are provided with a warm engaging welcome. This will require working with the team to develop and improve all aspects of the visitor experience, including their retail offer and ensure that income generation targets are met.

The role will support the Chief Operating Officer in ensuring the Museum’s overall plans and objectives are met.

Closing date: The deadline for applications is 10am on Thursday 21st March 2019. Long-listed candidates will be invited to have a 20-minute telephone conversation with the Chief Operating Officer on 22nd March 2019. Short-listed candidates will be interviewed on the 29th March 2019.
