Guest Experience Manager
The Mary Rose Museum is the leading museum for Maritime Archaeology in the UK. The Mary Rose Trust’s aims are to conserve the Mary Rose and her artefacts, maintain the archives, enable lifelong learning and outreach and become self-sustaining through income generation. Located within Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, the Museum has received fantastic visitor reviews and a number of prestigious awards.
They are looking to recruit a Guest Experience Manager who will be accountable for their guest’s journey and total experience whilst at their award winning museum. This position has management responsibility for the majority of the line managers, front line staff and volunteers at the museum.
The aim of the job is to ensure an efficient and safe operation of the museum, provide professional and mature leadership and maintain and grow their guest visit satisfaction.
