Job Opportunity: Centre Manager (New Forest Heritage Centre - NFHC), Hampshire

Terms: Full time (37.5 hours a week). Includes occasional evenings and weekends)
Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Responsibility: The Centre Manager will provide overall management and leadership of the New Forest Heritage Centre. They will lead on the development programme in fulfilment of the business plan, working in close relationship with the trustees and funding partners.
The New Forest Heritage Centre in Lyndhurst is situated in the heart of the New Forest.
The Centre is run by a charitable trust and currently welcomes over 200,000 visitors a year through its door and over 70,000 to its Museum. The Trust is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the organisation forward at a time of proposed refurbishment.
The Centre Manager would be responsible for the day to day operation of the NFHC, working alongside dedicated trustees, staff and volunteers. That person will be joining the organisation at an exciting time as a Masterplan for the Centre has been drawn up that is set to transform it into a modern, vibrant and relevant cultural hub for the New Forest. The Trust is looking for an exceptional person to lead those plans forward at this time.
