Pitch for a Connect10 artist!

What's the Connect10 competition about?

Museums at Night is the annual after-hours festival showcasing the arts and heritage sector, which each year offers great audience development opportunities. Connect10 is the competition that gives ten venues the chance to win an artist-led event and £2,000 as part of the festival.

Any cultural or heritage venue in the UK can submit an event idea, forty will be shortlisted to go through to the public vote, and all shortlisted venues that don’t win an artist will be supported, through small grants, to go ahead with an alternative Museums at Night event.

The artists available this year are Fred Deakin, Alex Hartley, Janette Parris, Grayson Perry, Matt Pyke, Rankin, Amy Sharrocks, Mr Smith’s Letterpress Workshop, Spencer Tunick and Jessica Voorsanger.

Find out more about the Connect10 artists, their work, and the sort of events they'd like to create - would any of these be a good opportunity for your venue?
