Job Opportunity:Finance and Admin Officer, Guildford Heritage Service
The Finance and Administration Officer is an integral and important part of the Guildford Heritage team, providing financial and administrative support to the Heritage Manager and colleagues and liaising with internal and external customers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of heritage sites and services.
This is a varied and busy role covering a range of tasks including overseeing the service’s purchasing and invoicing, producing service performance and statistical data, managing the administration and billing of image licensing requests, education sessions (including liaising with teachers) and other income generating activities and maintaining the administration of staff records.
We are seeking someone with previous experience of working in a financial support role and of handling office routines and systems. They must have strong numeracy skills with the ability to process and analyse financial and statistical data, excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to work flexibly and co-operatively with others as part of a small team.
This post is part time, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm (with one hour lunch break). £21,690 to £25,161, pro rata.
