Security Review 'sharing day'

Accredited museums must obtain expert and objective security advice for collections at least every five years and plan to implement any recommendations.  We are interested to find out if there are museums in west Kent who are due a review of their security arrangements and would benefit from a 'sharing day' with a consultant security advisor to help meet the Accreditation requirement. Innovation Grants from Live Well Kent

If you’re a Kent-based project supporting people with mental health and wellbeing issues, you could benefit from a share of £70,000 of funding.

The Innovation Fund has been set up by Live Well Kent, it’s a new service that promotes recovery and helps people to feel part of their local communities.

Applications are invited for projects that can demonstrate the difference they’re making to people’s lives-weather that’s improving emotional and physical wellbeing, increasing social inclusion or improving employability.

Grants of between £500 and £10,000 will be awarded  to projects across two areas Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley and Swale and the other area Thanet, Dover and Shepway.

Live Well Kent is delivered by Porchlight and Shaw Trust on behalf of Kent County Council and the NHS.
