Job Opportunity: Visitor Services Co-ordinator, Towner Art Gallery
JOB TITLE: Visitor Services Co-ordinator (P/T)
LOCATION: Towner Art Gallery
REPORTING TO: General Manager
SALARY: £18,000 pro rata, 21 hours a week
HOURS / WORKING PATTERN 21 hours to be worked over a minimum of three days and to include a Friday. Exact working pattern to be agreed with Line Manager prior to appointment.
JOB PURPOSE: This position will play a key role in contributing to the smooth running of Front of House operations at Towner Art Gallery by providing effective administrative and organisational support across a range of operational areas. In particular, the role will assist the General Manager with the co-ordination of Towner’s income generating activities such as Venue Hire, Group Bookings and Retail, ensuring an excellent level of customer care is consistently delivered. The role will also be the main point of contact for Towner’s team of volunteers, co-ordinating all aspects of the volunteer process including recruitment, training, rota management and volunteer development.
