Dance & Museums: A Conversation for 2016

Wednesday 15th June 2016

10.30am – 3.15pm

Southampton, Westgate Hall

A second event for South of England museum and dance practitioners to meet each other, hear about some dance/museum projects and explore ideas for future work and the development of a support network.

Following a successful discussion last September in Bristol, a new network is planned to connect people and share knowledge. Last year’s meeting resulted in ‘a lively exchange of information and feeling of optimism that supporting each other could help both areas thrive in difficult times..the two were already working together on creative projects..but it was recognised that here was an opportunity to get the ongoing relationship right.’
