Good news for South East museums receiving Arts Council Resilience Funding
Today, Arts Council England announced the 108 organisations who were successful in applying to the first round of the Resilience Fund. These organisations are set to receive a total of over £17.5 million of investment between them.
In the area that the South East Museum Development Programme covers (Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Kent, Medway, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (the latter two who were assessed within the South West area) there were a total of 17 successful recipients, receiving a total of £2,623,641. They are:

- Brooklands Museum
- Buckinghamshire County Museum
- Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust
- Chiltern Open Air Museum
- Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft
- Folkestone Town Council
- Guildhall Museum
- Hampshire Cultural Trust
- Hastings Museum And Art Gallery
- Milton Keynes Museum Trust Ltd
- Museum of East Anglian Life
- Oxford City Council
- Southampton City Council
- Watts Gallery
- Weald & Downland Open Air Museum
