Findings from a recent Donation Box Study are in!

Last year, Jayne Franck from the Institute of Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge ran an open survey for all museum and cultural organisation to share information about the performance of their donation box.

Although museum participation was low, the available statistics can help you compare the performance of your museums' donation boxes to others. In order to provide useful strategies, Jayne has outlined three key concepts from human behaivour theory:
