News & Opportunities
Expert, free of charge, personalised help to get your fundraising project off the ground!
The Heritage Alliance have had lots of feedback from less inexperienced heritage fundraisers who have attended their workshops but who would like the additional help and encouragement that expert mentors can provide. If this applies to you, do complete an application form for their mentoring scheme as soon as possible as there are only a limited number of places available!
Mentor and mentee application forms are available to download. After mentees have been matched with suitable mentors, the scheme will last for 12 months from early 2015.
The consultancy and support slots have proved to be very popular and an additional date for slots has been added due to the high demand.
One of the most effective ways of advancing a fundraising project is to learn from others. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss issues, consider solutions and share practical advice in an informal setting, facilitated by a fundraising expert. There will be a pilot Peer to Peer Learning session in central London from 9.45 am - 1.30 pm on 14 November for 12 people. Places on the pilot are free of charge and can be booked here.
