In the first batch are:
- Successful Fundraising at Museums by Helen Shone & Judy Niner of Development Partners;
- Successful Visitor Experience – Getting it Right by Victoria Wallace of Leeds Castle; Successfully Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers by Julia Hill and Bridget Yates;
- Successful Museum Cafés by Chris Brown of Turpin Smale Catering Consultants; Successful Retailing for Smaller Museums by John Prescott of Retail Matters, and Successfully Working Internationally by Jane Weeks (sponsored by ICOM and British Council).
