Grow: Strategic Audience Development

Take your professional development to the next level! Need an audience development plan? The new CultureHive intensive programme Grow will guide you through the steps of writing and delivering your audience development plan, from audit to implementation.

Grow is a new six-month professional development programme for cultural marketers and audience development practitioners to build skills and confidence to manage audience strategy.

Consisting of a half-day diagnostic session, two full-day interactive workshops and follow up support, the programme will run from October 2014 - March 2015.

Diagnostic session – September- October 2015, by arrangement

During this half-day, one-to-one session, you will be guided through an audit of your audiences, which will form the starting point of your audience development plan.

Workshop 1: 5 November 2015, The Albany, London

Building strategic relationships with new and existing audiences Participants will learn strategic approaches to deepen engagement with existing audiences, as well approaches to segmentation to help you reach new audiences.

Workshop 2: 27 January 2015, Kings Place, London

Delivery & implementation: creating successful campaigns from your strategy Learn how to translate your audience development strategy into creative campaigns as well as how to integrate digital, marketing and learning requirements into one plan.

Follow up support - February – March 2015, by arrangement

A 90-minute CultureHive surgery with your diagnostic facilitator to address the next steps in implementing your audience strategy.

How much does it cost?

£350 + VAT for organisations in receipt of Arts Council England funding

£490 + VAT for all other organisations
