The Culture Change Guide is a toolkit from Arts Council England that's been guided by best practice recruitment principals and explores how you can think about developing a diverse workforce and leadership. It contains case studies and best practice examples from the arts and culture sector and beyond, with guidance on how to recruit and support diverse talent in an organisation, and how to capture and use diversity data.

Workshop held at Milestones Museum, Basingstoke on 2 March 2015. Participants learned how to improve the way they do things through an interactive and entertaining day led by practitioner Debbie Brown. They learned key skills in Process Improvement and how Lean Systems Thinking can help a museum to run more smoothly, with customers who are happier and staff and volunteers who are more motivated.
