Trustee Recruitment at the Weald & Downland Museum
The Museum was looking to refresh the present Trustee body to fill existing and future gaps in the skill base of Trustees, to recruit individuals capable of taking on leadership roles in due course and to broaden the gender and ethnic diversity of the Trustee body.

Income Generation at the Royal Engineers Museum
This project was designed to review of the Roal Engineers Museum's current retail situation and to seek advice on how these could be improved, as part of the wider 'Income Generation for Museums' prorgamme of work in Kent & Medway.
Regional Sustainable Volunteering Project
This project aimed to give museums significant learning about good practice in volunteer management; increased knowledge, skills and understanding of key individuals able to influence change; volunteers are aware of the museums’ focus on the importance of involving and recognising their contribution.
