New exceptions to Copyright will help museums, says expert Naomi Korn
New exceptions to copyright were implemented in early June 2014. Museums copyright expert Naomi Korn has written a helpful article explaining some of the ways in which museums will benefit from the changes. These include the ability to make unlimited copies of works in their collections for preservation purposes and to make copies of all copyright works in museum collections available to members of the public via a dedicated terminal on their premises.
